Qualities that make a good NA. I am sure some of your colleagues can give you some good ideas as well but here are some of ours.
First it takes compassion and genuine concern for others. Patience is important and the ability to work with a wide range of people.
Below is the National Pledge for NAs and you might find some good info in this as well.

or related groups
