I am in college at Devry University of Chicago Ill. I am requesting information on Certified Nursing Assistant professional liability insurance and if we as these kinds of aides are obligated to carry insurance or if the facility in which we are employed in is to cover us. Also if they do cover us is it coverage for even after employment has ended ie: requested to appear before jury for questioning in a wrongful death case or incident in facility...
