Dear Evon
if you are unemployed or under employed, you may be eligible for the workforce development funds.They will send you to a course in Akron, pay your tuition and expenses and help you find a job. Contact the Job Center on Waterlou road - this is in the same building as Goodwill - on the left side. Tell them what you told us, they will interview you, determine your eligibility and get you started.
