You are right to question. This is not acceptable and a violation of HIPPA but also Resident Rights.
I will be out of the office tomorrow but will plan to contact the NH State Office for NAs on Monday - will ask for their direction. We can do this without ever mentioning your memo or any thing to identify you. This way we are the complaintant of record.
