rude chat hosts

I want to vent a bit, I feel allot of chat hosts forget customer service is immortant they ignore guests and even if you have taken them pvt the next day you are just another slob, imagine if any other business did this, I might go to bestbuy several times before i finally buy that bigscreen but if i go there and they treat me rude because i have been there 10 minutes and havent bought anything I'm going to circut city. ehy dont chat hosts get this?
