Country Swing is commonly used as an alternate name for both East Coast Swing and Cowboy Swing, depending on one's personal definition I guess you could say. West Coast Swing is different; it's the form of swing where the lady essentially travels back and forth in a slot formation, with the man stepping around her. East Coast Swing is a little more freestyle and easier for beginners to pick up on, with a different step pattern, typically done to quicker tempo songs than West Coast, and less "rules" than West Coast. Cowboy Swing is even more freestyle yet, with no real step pattern to speak of, with the partners sort of "flinging" each other around in various moves to quick-tempo music. That's a quick and dirty explanation, but I hope it answers your question.
