As long as you turn 21 on or before the day of your party, you are good to go. If you are inviting a larger group (more than four or so), and planning for one of the more popular nights (Thursday, Friday or Saturday), you might want to call Bushwhackers around 6-ish that evening and ask for a table or two to be reserved for you. You can bring your own cake and party decorations (within reason) if you like; just treat your waitress well when it comes to ordering food and drinks! And you can always tip the DJ a buck or two and have them announce your birthday and play a request. (The "Chicken Dance" is always a popular birthday celebration song!)
