Ok, here's the official skinny on the floor sitch:
I talked to the powers that be last night. Management is currently looking at options; specifically, repairing the bad sections vs. a total tear-out and replacement of the entire floor. The existing floor was in place when the current ownership took over so they're having to start from Square One with determining the best route to take. There's no time frame yet, but I'm being kept in the loop and continue to keep y'all updated.
