Well, what a week. Planning, preparing, shopping, bookkeeping, Free gifts, free meals, partners, lectures, etc... Without my wonderful husband, Paul, I could not keep up this pace. Without my wonderful webmaster I could not reach so many people. Even so, the games were small. But relatively the 299'er games were ok. I was not unhappy with the folks who came. But I was totally disappointed with the lack of current students that did not come even though they are in town. Mystery! Maybe this years crop are not ready or think this does not apply to them. So my wishes are for my students to play in the next Silver Tourney at Pompano scheduled for December 1-5, 2008. Tell me. What is the best time for you to play? 9am? 10am? 12:30pm? 7pm? I will build the schedule around YOUR preferences.
