Does anyone know of a worthy community service organization in need of volunteers? I would like to participate in some type of service project, and further, it's a requirement for my Community Health Development class at USC. Ordinarily, I like to be assist in community projects of some sort, but admittedly, were it not for this class requirement, I'd be less likely to be involved during grad school. I haven't any remarkable talents to offer, but I learn quickly. I'm required to devote 10 hours of service. I'd be willing to offer more if the right opportunity presents itself.
Do we as a team or a rugby community have a designated, preferred organization or project to which we offer our services?
If anyone could offer me leads, or if anyone feels compelled to help the community at large in some way and wants to particpate too, I'd love to hear from you!
