Yes, I'm a nerd, but as a grad student employed as a research assistant, it's all part of it. So today, when I was on websters.com, I noticed the word of the day is Bevy. Inquisitive, I checked it out to see if what I thought it meant was correct. The definition indicates a group, assembly or collection. Then I saw this next part:
Bevy comes from Middle English bevey. It perhaps originally signified a drinking company, possibly deriving from Old French beivre, "to drink," from Latin bibere.
So I propose that when we drink as a group, we're collectively known as the Bombshells Bevy.
What do you think ladies? Do you think it's incredibly appropriate?
(I know. You think I should go to practice and stop looking up words in the dictionary, huh? =S I can do Mondays.)
