Saturday Sept. 6, 2008 Columbia Olde Grey Rugby will be hosting a Pub Golf Event.
Teams will be made up of two people. So please feel free to bring your non-rugby friends, girlfriends, wives,Matese's or mistresses.
Tee time will be at 8:00 PM at the Flying Saucer. (Some of us will be eating dinner at 7:00 PM at Monterray's if you want to join us for a pre-game warm up.
Golf attire is encouraged.
Prizes will be given, but don't set your expectations to high.
The Rules are as followed
1. When Drinking Beer - Draft Pints Only
2. A stroke is defined as taking a glass to your mouth and drinking. When the glass leaves your mouth or you stop drinking a stroke is counted.
3. Drink Substitution is allowed, but it will cost you a penalty stroke.
4. Ladies are allowed to substitute a pint of Coke for a drink at any bar for a Maximum of 2 bars.
5. Throwing-Up is Grounds for immediate disqualification.
6. Participants who show up in Golf attire will have 1 stroke substituted from each players final score.
7. In case of a tie the winner will be determined by a boat race.
8. President's Prerogative is in effect. – Foxy can and will change the rules and regulations as his drunken mood sees fit.
