Ladies,
According to Mike the Scots countdown clock on his Facebook page we only have 10days 2hrs 1min 48sec until Pitch A Tent. There is alot still to do before we can get there. The van has been rented and I have secured us 2 boats for the white water rafting trip. The all inclusive price to go will be $150 that includes transportation, gas, rafting, food, and water. I recommend we all bring at least a 24 pack of beer each (preferably none of the good stuff) to place in one cooler so we can all drink (alot). The van is full and everyone that is going will be listed at the bottom of this email. Chattanooga told us we had a maximum of 12 people that could go to this tournament and to narrow it to players only due to constraints on their end.
I will be picking up the van from the Enterprise Rental on Fernandina on July 24th at 4pm. I suggest we leave no later than 5:30pm on Thursday and make it to the camp site around 10:30 CST. This is a list of items that we will need.
1. Tents
2. Sleeping Bags and or some type of bedding
3. Flash Lights
4. Some type of old boom box so we can play our theme song "Your The Best Around" all day and night
5. Coolers
6. Each person take a roll of TP
If you can think of anything else please let me know and repost. Also, I am working very hard on our costumes and there will not be a way to change it so if you don't like the idea tough titty we have had long enough to plan this and I for one don't want to hear any b###hing about it.
I will need your money no later than next Tuesday as I am having to place all this stuff on my credit card to hold all this shit so pay up if you plan on going. Keep in mind not only is this a camping trip but we are going to play some rugby and there are 11 other womens teams entered. I also need to know no later than tomorrow at practice if your name is listed and you DO NOT plan on going so I can find a replacement for you and then talk badly about you behind your back for being such a ####ing flake.
