Oktoberfest
We went to Soulards Oktoberfest Saturday, it was a very nice day and for some reason we did not have any hockey which is rare! My brother in laws German band was playing in one of the tents and I gotta a tell ya, they are really good. I did not drink much because Anita and I were going to go out later that night and I can only drink so much these days. They were selling Liters of beer, in those giant plastic mugs like at the October fest in Munich. Next year we are going again for sure. I am just amazed at how good Norbert’s band was, they really had the entire tent singing and dancing and it was packed. Great time with my family!
