i see your point...kindof. utility companies don't give you a choice. even though you were in a contract or whatever...you still had the choice to get the BB or treo or whatever you wanted.
Apple is so good at what they do...they have created crazy fans for their products. You have two kinds though, the nut jobs who are like the people that work at the apple store...then casual fans like us, or me...you at one time. you have to look around... check out this site it is a site that gives you options on how to fix your broken glass...

hopefully we can get together next time i am in. LRW, me, and you start a church??? gonna have to get you guys in one for that to happen!
