More ridiculous hand outs!!!!!!!
This is just another ridiculous tid bit that Rabbit ears has his name on. He gave every child on welfare in New York City $200 to buy school supplies but guess what………. The Dip Shit gave them cash! Guess what the parents bought with the money? Ipods, Beer, Cigarettes and TVs. If this guy is so smart and wanted to help these free loading non working turds children with back to school supplies shouldn’t he have given them a Voucher that could only be used for School supplies, I have to say this bunch in Washington doesn’t strike me as a very bright group, but they sure are good at giving money away!
