Hi Brian.
Without wishing to pass the buck, I started managing the bookings & promotion on Monday, so I'm not sure what happened with that particular gig. I'm sorry you were inconvenienced, at the very least there should have been a sign up at the venue.
If you let me know a future event you'd be interested in going to I'll ensure you're on a guest list..
