Fresh from recording their most recent third album in the US with living legend The Pixies' frontman Frank Black, post-punk local boys (and girl) Art Brut come back to their roots to play Mr Kyps as part of their national tour This Sunday 26th April.
The Album is Artrocker's album of the month and they arrive at Kyps off the back of a warm-up show supporting Yeah Yeah Yeahs at Shep's Bush on Saturday night.
With singer Eddie Argos and guitarists, Ian Catskillin and Jasper Future, heralding from these very parts, as well as the now mythical muse for the song of the same name - Emily Kane coming from just round the corner, this will be one triumphant return... especially as their first ever gig in their original incarnation, The Art Goblins, was at Ashley Cross's very own The Central pub...
Art Brut have played the cream of festivals festivals across the globe including Coachella, Pitchfork, Benacassim, V Festival and New York’s Siren as well as having just completed their biggest ever US tour... tickets are limited but still available for what should be a great night of madcap music.
