I know it as been asked before but couldn't find the answer. What unions do people belong too. We have a unison rep at our hospital, but from what i have heard they are not much good.(at our hosp, not in general)
Also what are others people's thoughts as to whether myself and others in our plaster room should be in the same union or if it would make things better if we were in different unions.
My thinking on pro's and con's is if we were in different unions and one is better than the other,for example if one union helped us with a problem then surely the outcome would have to be the same for others even in different unions. So in effect we could have 2 or 3 unions fighting a case for us.
Or being in the same union would make it easier/ a stronger case.
Any thoughts on my ramblings would be greatly recieved.
