I am trying to build up an idea of the problems that those working in the plaster room have/are experiencing so as to try and help those who believe working in the plaster room has detrimentally affected their health
Below are some ideas of what I need to know
Full Name
Where you work
Contact details. Such as Postal Address, Telephone, email
Has working in the plaster room affected your health? For example – repetitive strain, vibration ‘white finger’ etc. Please give details
How long you been working in the plaster room?
How long have you be experiencing problems ?
What are the signs and symptoms of the problem you are experiencing?
Is there anything preset life or in your past that might have aided the development of the problems you are experiencing
What medical assessment for your condition have you had? E.g. G.P visit, Occupational Health assessments
What help and support have you had form your hospital team? Colleagues, line managers, senior staff

All replies will be kept confidential and are to be used to build up a picture of the problems facing those casting today to see if a pattern can be found
