I forgot to say Congratulations on your Sabal setting seed! That has to be a first for the Chicago area
I haven't had an opportunity to clean any S.minor seeds, not really sure if there are any special considerations?
As fresh as the seed is you are getting, probably just a soak to loosen the pulp is all you need. maybe you can let me know how it works out
One thing I have found is S.minor germinates faster in a sphagnum moss medium ( also tried some in perlite,etc) Other than that,any decent potting mix to grow them on.
