Bet that was tuff cutting back all the leaf growth
for the winter!!!
Do you have anything other than the plastic,like something around the trunk itself?
I took 35 gallon black plastic trasg cans and cut the bottoms out and replaced it with clear poly tuff,so the palms will get some light,and I'm hoping the black,will make it warmer.
Temps are to get to 20* Brr cold!
