I just bought my first brugmansia tree today. I planted it in well draining potting mix in a 18 in pot; The tree is about 4 ft high. I would like to set it in the back yard around the pool but the back of the house faces south west and receives sun pretty much all day from 11.00am onward. I know they prefer morning sun with afternoon shade but I was wondering if anyone has successfully kept them in all day sun. I could find a place if I had to that would only receive late afternoon sun if that would help. m(I live in southeast Pa, zn 6)
