You lucky dog!!!!! How much did it set you back, if you don't mind my asking, and where did you order it? Chilly Palms? I'll bet you can't wait for Thursday!!!
Most everything seems ok, here, considering how the last couple of months have been. We're seeing a definite warming trend so I'll know pretty soon where I stand. February is the month here that shows how everything stood up. It either finishes destroying what's left of the tissue or brings it back. My large yucca torreyi seems no worse for the wear. There's some damage to the trachys but the spears are nice and solid and green, so I'm thinking I may not lose any this year, cross my fingers. The needle and sable seem ok but I really won't know for a month. Same with the agaves. All the other yuccas look pretty good, even the aloifolias - one clump is out in no man's land and unprotected, but excellent drainage. Some of the agave are pounded but the inside stem seems ok. Neomexicana seems to take the award so far as the toughest.
Best, Alan
