We all live in an imperfect world no matter how perfect we may think ours is. And we seem to have so many thousands of rules and regulations. Ever wondered why?
To make life my bearable for those who are less selfish than the others. Selfish reckless acts such as "driving whilst drinking alcohol - driving over the speed limit - riding bikes on private farmers fields - healthy drivers parking in spots for the disabled - pushing to the front of the queue - playing protable radios loud in public etc etc etc.
Imagine if we all really cared about each other more than ourselves there wouldn't be a need for rules but that's "pie in the sky" thinking!
