Weaverham is struggling like many English villages with it's own survival strategies. Village life I still maintain is the 'heart of British life' but the politicians and the rest of the population doesn't seem to believe this or care.
Weaverham has for example a dedicated council who do their utmost with limited funds to care for the village. There are many upstanding local parishioners who also care about the village and do their little bit to contribute to better village life and development.
There are organisations for example, football, cricket, gymnastics, scouts, etc etc who all contribute.
but then there are the 'yobs' the alcoholic youth, motor bike maniacs. Were do they come from and were do they belong. They come I would suggest from other places and belong to dysfunctional families and just happen to be in a wonderful village like Weaverham and don't really care.
How to deal with them - discipline and firmness - there needs to be a 'village control plan' produced by the council with the cooperation of the police and other citizens - these small minorities of 'yobs' from dysfunctional families need firmly controlling and putting in their places - they are not the heart and soul of the village and need like a boil on the neck 'lancing' and cleaning out!
Go to it Weaverham - take the future into your own hands and clean out the filth!
