The Guardian has recently reported finding significant traces of the drug cocaine in the toilets of pubs in Northwich, Middlewich and Winsford.
It sounds like an amazingly new discovery - but this of course is not the case.This has been the case for years, it's just that someone decided to investigate as a little hobby and post the results.
Nothing will change - can you imagine them doing frisk searches in pubs on all their patrons. One manager said he/she would have to be more vigilant - I hope they didn't mean vigalante!
it would, purely academically and for research purposes only, be interesting to do the same test on pubs in small Cheshire villages and compare the results!
