I think many of us are - I was dismayed to read the story about cars blocking elderly peoples drive ways and preventing them getting in with their wheels chairs and being abused by the car owners in Sandiway.
It seems that there is no sense in appealing to their better nature or sense of civic duty. The police are going to issue parking notices and then if not heeded issue fines.
Law and order seems to be the only thing that stops some people from being at the least unkind and uncaring and at the most out criminals!
