Please plan to join us for yet another great event! Can't wait to see everyone again.
We are offering three full days of weight pull on our new rail system (we have both a small and a large cart) - this allows new dogs to earn their UWP in one weekend (a dog must pull 10 x's their weight each day or more i.e. - Spot weights 48 lbs. - he must pull 480 lbs. or more each day).
Additionally, as always, we offer training, advice, practice, harness borrowing, etc. after the pull completes on Saturday. Club members will be on hand to help as needed and we have harnesses from as small as a Toy Fox Terrier to as large as a Great Dane!
If you have wanted to give it a try and just weren't sure - come on out and let us help you get started! Have a dog that pulls, but could use some tips - we can help with that too.
This service is completely FREE to anyone who would like to participate.
Ribbons awarded daily for 1st through 4th placement within each class, MWP and MWPP (as per the new rules) daily and on Sunday, we will award an OVERALL MOST WEIGHT PULLED (The one single dog that pulls the most weight total for all three days combined.) and OVERALL MOST WEIGHT PULLED BY PERCENTAGE (The one single dog that pulls the hightest percentage total for all three days combined.). Please note: These two awards are courtesy of the All American Bulldog Club.
Come one, come all - let's have some fun and let's pull some weight!
Photography will be provided by Ms. Laurie Davis of 4 Paws Imagery.
She does a great job and has whimsical photography idea's as well.
We look forward to what Laurie will bring out for the October show.
