The Upsilon Xi Messageboard has been reinstated after many requests. For many years the messageboard was used as an opportunity for current members and alumni to communicate, ask questions, share information, and solve problems together. When current members had questions, they would ask the alumni for answers. When alumni had job openings or internships, they would ask the current members if anyone was interested. The messageboards have served many over the years, and it is my hope that they do so again.
In the past, we have had isolated problems with people saying inappropriate things and/or using foul language. I suspect that some outside Upsilon have posted some of these messages. Therefore, we will use the Administrator function of the website as we have in the past. Each post will be read first by an Administrator before it is posted to the messageboard. Foul language will be removed; however, the messages will NOT be edited for content. The purpose of having an Administrator is not to censor messages, only to make sure they do not contain objectionable content. Please keep in mind that these posts can be seen by everyone, even those outside of Upsilon.
The participation of all is encouraged. . .
