"I am the living bread that came down from heaven;
whoever eats this bread will live forever;
and the bread that I will give
is my flesh for the life of the world."
end quote

I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. ~ John 10:10

But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst;
but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. ~ John 4:14
The inner person should be renewed by The Spirit of God each, and every day we rise from our sleep.
Love, and harmony should prevail, leading us to reject all thought that we should repay offensive behaviour with the same coin.
