11 My son, don’t reject the Lord’s discipline, and don’t be angry when he corrects you.
12 The Lord corrects the one he loves, just as a father corrects a child he cares about.
I'm often inspired by the prophets Joseph, and Job when reading how they were able to cope with, and learn to benefit from years of disipline following The Father's guidance leading them to daily question why they were being trained in such a tough "boot camp" where their ego was day, by day being squeezed out of them. Their experiences taught them how to handle, and resolve each and every challenge that they met on their journey of self discovery. Job, and Joseph were also aware that they were being instructed by The Father's intervention leading them out of trouble, into an environment where they could exercise their influence inspired by Divine Wisdom.
‘The Most High possesses all knowledge, and sees from the past the things that are to come; he makes known the past and the future and reveals the deepest secrets. No understanding does he lack; no single thing escapes him. Perennial is his almighty wisdom; he is from all eternity the one and the same.’ ~ Sirach 42:18-21
Day by day, month by month, year by year Our Father will transform us into His most beloved child, filling our life with all that pleases Him sufficiently to provide us with all that we will ever need, becoming His outreach into the lives of those He sends us to assist them make their way through life.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. ~ Proverbs 3:5-6
The esoteric path requests us to surrender our life's journey, into the caring hands of Our Saviour walking at our side, counselling us to embrace His advice in all matters.
But this command I gave them: ‘Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and you shall be my people.
And walk in all the way that I command you, that it may be well with you.’
~ Jeremiah 7:23
