None is immune from the insecurities that life presents to each, and every human person to encourage us to be mindful that Our Father's presence at our side is a comforting friend to all who call upon His assistance, whenever matters become too much for us to handle.
The Author of our life is writing His story within our footsteps enabling us to walk His path, when we freely choose to grasp His hand, our outreach into eternal life lived every day we return His love for us, by loving those He sends to us; His reminder that we could be among those unloved, desperately needing to be loved.
The desperate person is not always the wretched character personified in cinema, and television dramas for so often they conceal their aloneness behind closed doors, shutting out a world that they fear to experience for want of a helping hand.
In our loving relationship with The Author of our life we are invited to reach out to those who seldom, if ever understand their need to take that first step towards living in celebration of all that life offers them to live one day at a time.
To love at all is to be vulnerable ~ C. S. Lewis
Often the insecure personality rejects friendship for fear that they may be obliged to lower their guard, and reveal their vulnerable self best hidden from the gaze of those they would prefer not to trust.
Under the wings of Our Father's protection the child of faith never takes no for an answer, there being an awareness that developing a friendship with the unloved person requires patience, and an understanding that beneath a titanium coated skin lives another human person anxiously waiting to receive the friendship that The Author of our life offers to all, whenever we respond to His call to follow Him all the days of our life, having accepted His call to become His best friend.
I made known to them your name, and I will continue to make it known,
that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and I in them ~ John 17:26
