Cause, and effect are a reminder that nothing that we experience can be a matter of chance, or accident when our choices evidence our self determination to do as we please.
Self deception, deceptively calculates that we can enrich our selves, as well as those who are drawn into our orbit by promises of acquiring so called self improvement, glittering with all that tantalizes the senses into its mesmerizing embrace.
There are those who argue that needs are a matter of personal taste, rather than any understanding of that which deceives its slave into believing that submission to serving stuff that clutters our environment represents good taste, even to believing that our neighbours will be impressed with ornamentation calculated to impress, and encourage those on the lower rungs of life's ladder of self achievement.
Divine Providence supplies His generous gifts to all, even those with little to impress their neighbours, that those with nothing may also participate in the prosperity granted to share with those in great lack.
Acquiring what we want may be a greater tragedy than not getting what we need, when failing to understand that our happiness is never celebrated surrounded by great wealth...laying idle.
Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth…but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven …for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. (Matt 6:19-21)
