Death has a way of creeping up on us when we least expect it there being a growing understanding that with the passage of time our final act becomes a matter for deeper contemplation.
Jesus had already understood that His approaching trial, torture, and crucifixion would lead to His resurrection into new life despite His doubts surfacing in the Garden of Gethsemane when asking The Father to "take this cup from me."
Hope is ever present in the lives of every human person when choosing to enter into a loving friendship with The Saviour inviting us to do all that He asks of us.
Dying to self, and rising into new life in the tender, loving care of The Saviour leads us into His kingdom.
Rebirth into new life is never an event rather a life long process that enlightens the faithful child, with a willingness to rely upon the guidance of The One who undertakes to walk at our side until our journey of self discovery is completed.
