Being judge and jury on “those”, that is, people, constitutes the sin of rash judgment. This is quite different to comparing someone’s actions and/or declarations to the moral code and finding them to be incompatible, that is, objectively sinful.
It has been stated over and over: “Hate the sin, but love the sinner” – a principle you like to ignore, so that you can parade your all-encompassing tolerance.
Such “tolerance” is not a virtue, and "judgmentalism" according to your definition is not a vice.
