any priest cdl law recycled after abuse was put through psychological screening[normal practice till recent decades-psychiatrists assured bishopsthe offenders were safe to return to ministry
psychiatrists know more NOW THAN then-it was given psyche doctrine then that offenderrs were curable and cured-JUDGEMENT BY HINDSIGHT IS PATHETIC
the cardinal stated that, when a priest committed a sex crime, the cardinal said his practice was to seek the analysis of psychiatrists, clinicians and therapists in residential treatment centers before deciding whether a priest accused of sexually abusing a child should be returned to the pulpit
