and available for purchase or pre-orders! We have some stunning selections for your girls!
I hope you enjoy the various view photos, descriptions and inspirations! Bringing this collection "to life" was both fun and challenging... I love the results, and hope you do, too!
We are still working on a few P&P pages, so when you go to the site last year's posts will still be showing -- you'll need to click on the Peaches & Panache tab to see the collection. Please check back soon for other new P&P pages!
Though orders will be accepted until production time, You'll want to order as soon as possible, as most available in-stock items and some fabrics for orders are extremely limited! Please understand that some "in stock" fashions only had one or two available after convention, so may be sold out before I can get the blog updated again. But, as always, I'll do my best to order them for you.
For those of you who love color variations, fashions can be ordered in different colors as long as fabric in your color choice is available. Please email me with your requests!
FFT fashion update... It's been a challenging year, with factory delays and cancellations, but the silver lining is an extended production and delivery time of some FFT fashions! Several of our later orders were sent with convention shipments, and others arrived shortly afterwards. There were one or two QC extras ordered for most of these. My blog will be updated to show the newly available fashions soon, but in the meantime, please check out my FFT sales page and contact me for information.
Several can still be ordered for a short time, so if any are still calling your name, now is the time to act! Madame DuBarry is expected to be shipped in September - if you've been eyeing this beauty, you still have time to be included in the production! I've received a lot of inquires about Bouquet, Amazing Grace White, High Hopes, and Coral-line, so the factory has agreed to take additional orders of those, too!
In other exciting news...we have started searching for SSP 2024 convention sites!
One promising exhibition I've heard about is Edith Head: The Golden Age of Hollywood Costume Design, at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art. They've confirmed there will be approximately seventy movie costumes exhibited. This Edith Head retrospective will tie in beautifully with our planned "Christmas celebration", as she was the costume designer for the movie White Christmas, which will be celebrating it's 70th anniversary in 2024!
Another option we're considering is to revisit Cincinnati for convention, and tour the Rosemary Clooney House to see the White Christmas costumes there.
If you're interested in joining us in either of the above locations -- probably in either July or August -- please let me know and I will add you to our 'first to know' wait list! Early requests can usually be accommodated!
We are always interested in other options, so I would love to hear about any vintage fashion exhibitions or collections you might be aware of, too!
In closing...I want to thank everyone for your enthusiastic posts and emails regarding the Peaches & Panache collection, and for your patience in waiting for the sales page!
I also want to thank Michael for SSP week during convention, and everyone who posted! Though I couldn't participate as I would have liked, your fabulous photos, beautiful memories, and lovely comments were truly inspirational to me. Big thanks also goes to Jennifer for posting updates throughout convention, to those who posted photos after the event, and to everyone who commented! Your enthusiasm meant SO much!
I have always been blessed with extraordinary volunteers who are dedicated to making SSP conventions fun and special for all...with a gracious group of attendees, absentees who support convention even though they can't attend, and still others who support SSP though the purchase of fashions afterwards.
I am so very grateful for everyone's contributions! SSP would not be possible without each of you!!
With heartfelt appreciation and deepest thanks... Sincerely, Sandra
Thanks for your sweet comments, ladies! And thanks to everyone who sent orders, convention >
