I'm a bit taken aback I was psyching myself up for it and to get the call at such late notice was just incredible!
It appears that my surgeon has fallen ill and they will have to reschedule me in the next week or so.
It seems he has never had to cancel a hospital operation until now in the 20 years he has been at the hospital.
So now it's worse that I have to sit on hold and just wait!
The UK NHS just sucks!!
