it truely was not a demon or inhuman spirit. I have felt and seen almost that same thing a number of time and each time I get that overwhelming feeling that it is without a doubt my Aunt Jean. I do know what you are saying about the 3 am thing and it was a weird coincidence for sure, but the other times it has happen it was at different times of the day and night.
