Sorry your experience was so horrible. I have used American Airlines Pet Priority and have had great success. My customers on the receiving end reported delivery without fault. I would've been absolutly furious! had I recieved a pup in those conditions. I hope something good comes out of it at least some kind of compensation. I'm glad the dog is still in good health.
