if the dog has pink rims around the eyes and mouth this is called lack of pigment.
it doesnt make the puppy "Bad" it is just a genetic fault. A puppy like that may go blind or deaf. It is more likely than with a dog that has pigment. They also have more sensitive skin to allergens like wheat and corn.
So, a pure white (albino) APBT is not bad, but not desired either. It is not a good idea to breed a dog like that, as it's offspring will likely carry the genes as well.
They are cute though and there is no reason to put one down except greed and not wanting to take care of a puppy which cannot be sold for a lot of money.
