I wish that the legislators and theses so-called animal rights activist would exercise some intelligence when they decide to come up with these ridiculous rules. If they want to help the current circumstance that we are faced with, they should enact legislation that requires dog training and temperaments tests. I have been bitten by min pins, Chihuahuas and labs to name a few and my conclusion is that being a responsible dog parent is not unlike being a responsible parent all children need proper education so that they can distinguish desired and undesired behavior.
