He watched as she scurried off, dirt and rocks flying from beneath her hooves. With a small smile he felt himself release the weight of Solira's destruction and the brimstone eyes of the hellcats. He closed his eyes, laying his head upon his legs and felt Kolun curl up near his face. He didn't open his eyes knowing that the otter was giving him some quiet time as they shared thoughts. He smiled slightly huffing in the otter's general direction. He still felt shattered, broken beyond belief and he had no idea that any of his family or friends or residents had made it. Ariel was the only one. But he finally felt something in him just letting go of the misery. He had been miserable for so long, making his own self suffer over things he could not control. he just finally felt it beginning to go away.
When Hesper returned it was with another heavy hoof fall. He opened his eyes as he felt the healing powers of another oracle. Wyvern. He smiled slightly. "I am sorry for the way I treated you and Fenris the last time." He said it softly, smiling gratefully for the healing that his own body couldn't comprehend right now. His element and his powers felt off, the only thing that was right was mind reading but that was still kind of hit and miss. "I was wrong to refuse your help." And that is all he says, meeting Wyvern's eyes only briefly as he momentarily submerged himself in shame before he looked back up at Hesper. His eyes are not so wild and crazy now as the pain is gone. Wyvern had healed his physical ailments and now all that was left was the mental ones. "Thank you. I am sorry I scared you." Seems like Marshall is going to be doing a lot of annoying apologizing.
