Do you remember me? She breathes in to the air. Her voice almost electric. Her skin soft and damp as water. But she watches him, watches the painted figure as he makes his way through the shadows, he had been following her, but his presence had been kind, although she could not help but continue to glance behind her shoulder. And some boldness told her to speak. Her lightning feeling the familiar earth as it coils inside her. This was to be here first stop, her first visit. She remembers betrayal, she remembers him well. He had promised her things, evil things, but she doesnt understand why she comes here first. Perhaps it is him. The boy and his cat, perhaps she must see him, for in the Ocean, he had been her only comfort. As is Formaldehyde in the mountains, and Yehl. Oh how she misses them. The earth sings and dances, but he cannot believe his eyes, oh he cannot. And so he follows her through the twists of the trees and the bends of rock. She has returned at long last, he knows her brother, Xanda, oh he is a bright young child. But he fears for her, as he always had. The crippled girl who Fenris had saved, And now speaks with the wind because of her, the child of night, of storm and rain. A maelstrom of fear within her own heart. His voice echoes within the folds of the trees, the darkness touching them. Yes, yes I do. You are Kaspara, daughter od Datura and Kemush. But he hesitates, he is sorry. He does not like to interfere with fate. But Micah does not touch her mind until he speaks. And it is that moment he knows she never knew her father. I am sorry child. Child she muses, child. She will always be just that in the eyes of everyone. The young flesh of mounting scars, the ugly creature, the scared creature, the Child filled with terror of her own world. She will overcome it. Ah but she has. I knew him, I just didnt know he was a piece of me. She says as if understanding his thoughts without even being able to read his mind. Ah. He says, You are disappointed? She nods, but briefly. She sighs though, almost happily, almost relived, because now she feels complete, almost. I must go. She says quickly. I do not trust this place, and im sure you can understand why. And with that, a flash of lightning she is gone, gone to where though? The Deserts, she can never return to the mountains, or the ocean. But she calls into the night. Goodbye Micah, I will look for you soon, we have much to talk about. He smiles, and then like a ghost upon the wind, he too vanishes, possibly back to Andarin.
