But you J, do not appear to be a b###h, at least not in this point of time. In fact you seem quite an asset to the vipers. It is not few newcomers who would trouble themselves over the fate of a herd they barely knew. The desire to become better was always admirable. V O R A E R

He ignored her apology to his capture, only turning his eyes away. He did not wish to think of it except to fuel his anger towards Rowan. She began to list off the names and Voraer took a wild step forward, the fire within him raging though it was too weak to appear on his flesh. ”Rogue is gone?” He almost roared, teeth snapping shut with a growl in his chest. His eyes curved into vehement slants and he grudgingly receded the wild step he had taken.
”You seem to have figured out your faults at the least, now it depends if everyone can learn from them.” Voraer spoke quickly, still furious at knowledge of Rogue’s capture but pretending he had not nearly jumped upon J. The other names meant little to him, simply words upon his ears no faces to match them. ”I have no doubt the spies of Ni’Srilian will improve.” He tried to smile but he had a feeling it appeared only as a wolf’s hungry grin, the smile it would offer to its prey before it dealt it a deathblow.
She continued to speak and the new topic helped to shift his mind away from his violent thoughts. He regarded the mare through a haze of copper. ”A partial season.” He replied dryly, knowing his captivity was not long compared to so many others but despising it none-the-less. ”But I may be able to teach you some things, much remains foreign to me still though. Renata would be the best to ask.” He flicked his wired tail across his haunches. ”We have a council of three, each meant to teach a specific class. We have our queen, Hypatia, who I have yet to meet. Most members I know are new to the desert so the established names do not phase me with familiarity, and the history of the vipers remains hidden from my understanding. We do well though, out herd. The wolves are formidable and the ocean birds have a weak military.”
