Saphira had not expected for things to happen so smoothly. Easily almost. She waits for them, standing in the silent forest. A beacon, a… lighthouse if you will. She is bathed in darkness, light shadowing across her painted flesh. She watches, waiting. Saphira knows they will come to her, all of them in their time. And then she silence is broken, and in the distance she sees the shining silver outline and the shard screams yes, and instantly she shies away from him. He is the exact image of her Alshain. How can she bring herself to harm his spawn, her son? His… flesh and blood. But the shard screams at her. He is not the one you covet so dearly. This one we can take…drink Saphira. Drink.

The last word is a command, it rings inside her mind until it blacks out everything else. Her corruption rises, her lineage taking over. Her sapphire eyes glaze, dotting with flecks of ice and opal. She comes to reaches out for him, her Siren Song floating into his mind. Severing all ties to reality, everything except her. She smiles, oddly beautiful in this weird state, the song singing to him of his greatest desires. Desires only she can fulfill for him. Another step closer, her muzzle snaking along his cheek, and into his neck. Her teeth graze across the warm skin, sapphire eyes blazing with lust.

She only needed to clamp her mouth around the warm flesh, but she waits, her voice trilling out on the waves of the song. Blissful, intoxicating.

Her smile grows darker, lips peel back as the shard commands her. It whispers both inside her mind and through her lips. mine. And so he would be. Her teeth sink into the meaty flesh of his neck, and in one intolerable moment of pain, she has drunk from his air element. The shard rejoices inside her, feeling the pull of its twin element.
