Saphira knows what she has done, but more importantly, she knows at what cost. She can feel them as they hunt her, those thirsting for power. For the shard. Saphira hears it whispering to her, naming off those of elements she could choose. This who would willingly submit themselves to her teeth, to her control. Saphira tries not to think about this, for every time it whispers a single name. Alshain. She refuses to think about what she could do to him. Would do if she stayed too close. And yet, she cuold not manage to stay away.

She feels Kalleis’s fire long before she sees her. Her own elements swirling in anticipation, cruelty lining her sapphire eyes. She knows that Elemmire’s shard is active, and just like long ago, knows of the little sparrow girl who is now her slave. Saphira’s lips curl into a disdainful sneer, and she takes steps to meet the tainted youth. She can feel the heat radiating off her, and then Desreal seems to fall from beneath her. She is in ‘Hell’ apparently, but her water limits the truth of Kalleis’s illusion. She can see faint images of the trees through the leaping flames, and knows this is not reality. She knows, like all other things because she has abilities that work on the same wave length.

And in a single fluid word she whispers rennervate. Images, ghosts, illusions leap forth from Kalleis’s mind, her mother, father, loved ones, hated ones. Anyone who has died and is tied to her memory. They swarm around her, whispering dead truths in her ear. Saphira smiles, corrupt and yet strangely beautiful.

Then she feels Elemmire approach, feel the earth that spirals around her, suffocating the life from her lightning. Saphira snarls, her water rushing forth to encase her, dripping slowly from her painted flesh. She is the exact replica of her father, of Betrayal. Right down to the sinister sneer, and strangely unaffected gaze.

“I wont let you take it Elemmire. You are delusional enough without the effects and whispers of another shard. Leave, and don’t come back to me. Know that next time you do, you won’t find yourself so lucky.”

And by this, she means the next time Elemmire sees her, the shard will be activated. And with it, she will have the ability to trump her Earth, severing any and all connection. They would be neutral. Keep in mind Elemmire, Saphira is not your average opponent. She is not weak, she is not unworthy. She has been named a Legend, just as you are. Do not think to take her for granted, so knows how to deal with others like you. With a whirl and protest of her water, Saphira almost shatters Kalleis’s illusion. It was clear, she was done with them. She turns her back on them, and begins to walk down the darkening passageway of hell, into the abyss.
