No one seems to be reporting on why our Governor's ratings are down. Maybe it has to do with how he couldn't take redistricting away from the legislators and give it to independent judges.

Oh, you think Prop 11 did that? It didn't include CONGRESSIONAL Districts! Did any Bay Area newspaper print that Nancy Pelosi threaten to fight Prop 11 with a million dollar war chest if Arnold didn't strike out "Congressional Districts" from that Prop? Hell no. Check out the map of my 23rd Congressional district on the above website.
At least this independent tells it like it is...
