This June story explains why Tom Bowen and Dick Tomey chose Alabama over Stanford. If Stanford had agreed to return to Spartan Stadium would we still pass up those Tuscaloosa dollars? Does anyone know if future games at Stanford are also canceled? Mercury News/SJS-Stanford off
